Mad Dog Multimedia (MDMM) Refusiong to Honor measly $10 rebate for Months San Diego California

Bought MD-16x3DVD9-8XE DVD writer way back in 8/06. After many emails and phone contact still have not recieved the measly 10 buck rebate they will not honor. Every Two months I get another email claiming they are processing and check will be sent out. The date comes and no check arrives.

I see there are many complaints for this same reason from Mad Dog on not honoring rebates. I guess they expect you will finally give and and say just forget iNOT ME! Honor your Rebates!! The status of my rebate has not been updated since 10/121/06 on the rebate web page.
