Mad Unlimited Long hours, Bad management, Ghetto people No pay Rancho Cucamonga, California

Mad Unlimited, what can I say about this company. I worked there for a few weeks. It started out very cool for the first week but after that it was a disaster. The hours became too long, the management was deplorable, and I got treated like crap. My first manager was okay, his name was Dave, but when I went on another Van, then it became a disaster. I worked for almost ten hours, each day and didn't even get a restroom break.

They told me to find a bathroom in the neighborhood somewhere. I thought okay, maybe this is the way it's suppose to be. So I left that issue alone. But the real kicker came when I forgot my lunch one day. I asked my manager to take me to get something to eat because I was hungry. His response was he was busy. He would take me later. Well later never came and I starved the whole day.

I didn't eat till I got home until almost 11pm. I don't know what type of company that allows their managers to treat their employees like this. But obviously Mad Unlimited does that. When I finally received my first paycheck it was for only 100 dollars. I put in over 75 hours and received 100 dollars. I figured, maybe I should stick around Because I was new and it would get better. Well it did, I sold 2 units. And I was very happy. When I received my paycheck it was still 100 dollars.

I was horrified, I asked what happen because I was expecting more and they told me one of my customers return a unit and the other was bad credit. I was devastated, I spent almost 150 hours of work for 200 dollars. Please, be smart, don't work for a company like this. My managers smoked pot, some employees did too. It was very unprofessional and ghetto. The vacuums are great machines, a bit on the high end but it was terrible management and the long hours and low pay aren't worth it.
