Madam Hollywood on Sell.com Very RUDE Seller on Sell.com Hollywood, California Internet

I was inquiring about certain titles that this seller, Madam Hollywood, had in stock on sell.com. We exchanged a few emails before I was unable to respond to her last email. She accused me of being online and not responding to her last email. Most likely it was my son online, as I was caring for my ill wife, plus I had other personal matters to take care of. Because I failed to respond to Madam Hollywood's last email, she sent me the following message:

"You could of at least had the courtesy of replying when you logged onto this site today. Don't bother coming back. No communication is the biggest mistake with me. You are now blocked."

I don't recall being on sell.com at the time of her message; perhaps I had failed to log out and it appeared I was logged in even though I wasn't at the computer. Whatever the case, this broad took great offense that I didn't respond to her last email and decides to block me from her business. Know what I say? GOOD! I would not want to deal with such an unpleasant person who takes great offense when people don't always respond to her messages. She needs to be educated in customer service if she is to continue selling online. Not all people will respond or finish with their inquiries on sell.com, so end the negotiation and move on. This person lost a valuable customer as I have purchased a lot of DVDs on sell.com. Her rudeness was uncalled for, and instead of giving me a chance of explaining or simply ending the negotiation, she sends me a nasty email and BLOCKS me. Which means she is a coward. She blocks me because she doesn't want me to respond to her nastiness. b***h, if you're going to dish it out, it's only fair that I'm able to reciprocate, and by blocking my messages, you know you did wrong. I will never deal with this person, ever again.

I recommend people not deal with this seller. If she gets unhinged when somebody doesn't respond to her emails, then think of how she will react if you're not happy with her DVDs or something goes wrong with your transaction.
