After cancelling with Mademsoille twice and stoping payments with my bank, my account with them kept on being charged. I have been receiving letters in the mail threatening to take me to a Credit bureau. This has been going on for about 2 years now. Not one person from head office has returned my letters, emails and telephone numbers. The only contact that I have made is with a "manager" at the centre in St. Catharines. She wasn't very helpful and when asked to be forward to someone in head office that could deal with this, she stated that I should possible call the "CEO" because no one else can help. I think that was very sarcastic because with my $250 outstanding balance the CEO would laugh. I think she was very unprofessional, not understanding and rude. If anyone could please help in this matter that would be appreicated. I need this harassment with these outstanding balance letters to stop.
