I was contacted by Ravi from the company Madhu indian hair.  Found them through India Mart.  I sent them funds and told them exactly the kind of product I wanted to purchase.  Exactly.   I did not get what I paid for.  Instead I got dry, different curl patterns and sizes hair packets.  This company did not even take the time to send what I purchased.  It took them over a week to send that.  When I kept emailing in regard to where my product was and getting no response, I mentioned going to the dgft, etc. in order to recoup my funds.  Then they send the garbage/trash product the next day.   Upon arrival of the trash they sent I demanded an immediate refund.  Of course I am getting no where with that.  Instead they are requesting at more cost to me that I send them back their sh*y product and that once they receive the tracking number they will give an immediate refund plus 25.00 for shipping!  

Are these people crazy?!  They think I am going to spend another dime sending them back their sh*y product so they can let it sit in customs and I have no money or product.  Do they think I trust them at this point? 

They DO NOT have the products they advertise on their website.  They have no lace front wigs but its on their website.  I was told by Ravi that they do not sell lacefront wigs but they surely have it as a product on their site.  At this point they are just taking peoples money.  

 

I wanted a natural curl pattern.  Not a created steamed curl or what have you.   Instead I got dried hairs, with different curl patterns, differen't lenghts, and textures.  A totally unusable mess!

 

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS OR USE INDIA MART!!  SCUM BAG SCAM ARTISTS!  BEWARE AND AVOID!!  

 

Save your coins.  Don't enrich these rip off artists.   Time to STOP sending these people money western union as well.  If a company doesn't want to deal in paypal or CC.  AVOID THEM at all cost and find someone who does/will.

Money was refunded with the assistance of the DGFT!

One thing I am not and that is AN BOGUS CUSTOMER.   These people are STILL in business and I am sure they are still giving subpar service.  I hope by now they are doing much better business but I doubt it.  

 

They are now under another company name and website.  Avoid this man and his company at all costs!!  Now they are "Transgreen" instead of previous business name (Madhu).  Start googling these peoples names to get a view of their track record as business people. 

They would do better business if they gave the customer what they paid for.   No one is trying to keep any hair for free around here.

 

DO BETTER BUSINESS!!!

Oh believe Me, the DGFT WILL GET to you! Sick of bad merchants tainting the industry!! I don't even want a refund from this piece of s* anymore.  Threw their s*y hair in the TRASH where it belongs!  We are use to these bad business practicing people blaming their customers for their s*y products!! 

 

If ANYONE ever has issues with merchants ripping you off contact the DGFT and file a complaint!  This kind of business must be regulated and dishonest merchants shut down!

Email to the DFGT cyber crimes unit!  

 I want to hereby and officially file a complaint against Ravi Badhwar proprietor of Madhu Indian Hair located in Hari Nagar, Ludhianna, Punjab.  As we know, the hair industry is a billion dollar business in which is dominated by China.  India has been trying to break into this market.  This could pose a problem financially for the economy of India if merchants within this industry is allowed to rip off international customers with impunity. This causes a stain on the country of India and strict regulations need to be imposed against the Indian hair industry to avoid these issues going forward in the future.  For instance, no longer being able to accept payments via western union without a solid guarantee and return policy.  I have been a direct buyer for many years and at this point I am tired of merchants being allowed to operate in such an unscrupulous manner. 
 
   With that being said, I would like to lodge an official complaint against Ravi Badhwar, Manjinder Singh, Madhu Indian Hair, and India Mart website and here is why.  I received an email from Madhu Indian Hair (uses the India Mart website as their platform) in regard to their goods.  I decided to purchase products from them on August 3, 2016 at the cost of 154.00 transaction made via western union.  I then was promised that shipment of the goods would be sent in a matter of day after emailing them several times in regard to where My purchased merchandise was.  Lots of promises but no merchandise arrived within the time frame stated.  I then stated I was going to file a complaint against the company and "only then" did I receive a tracking number via DHL as to when the package was  actually picked up by DHL  August 13, 2016.  Given by Ravi Sunny Badwar.  Telephone number ***-***-****.
 
   Once the merchandise arrived I was absolutely shocked, disgsuted, and extremely angry for the fact that the product was not what I paid for nor asked for from the company.
 
   What I was looking for was 400 grams of "natural curly" 12/14 inches of wefted hair extentions. What I received was 400 grams of dry steamed curled hairs with each package being a different length and different sized curls.  I was absolutely livid because I had made it absolutely clear to this company exactly what I was looking to purchase and they ensured Me that is what they had available and would send.
 
   I immediately contacted the company and Ravi Badhwar informing him and the company of My extreme disatisfaction and how the product they sent to Me is completely useless to Me as an consumer.  
 
   Mr. Badhwar for a time ignored My concerns and demand for a full refund until I told him I was reaching out to the DGFT and only then did Mr. Badhwar state that I should return the product (at My own expense) in order to receive a full refund.  At this point and time Mr. Badhwar should incur the cost of the return of his subpar product via his DHL account (*********).  Mr. Badhwar stated he would immediately return the 154.00 upon receiving a DHL tracking number from Me.  At this point Mr. Badhwar cannot be trusted to actually give a full refund and he should incur the cost of the return.  
 
   I am requesting that the DGFT investigate Mr. Badhwar's company Madhu Hair as well as India Mart for fraudulent business practices and possible trade violations. I am also requesting that the DGFT force Mr. Badhwar to issue a full refund for shipping subpar products and inconvienincing his customer.

Poor Business Practice - AVOID!

India mart was contacted BEFORE they sent Me the garbage hair!  When I told this company that I would contact the DGFT because they were not returning My emails in regard to when the hair was going to be shipped.  Then they started responding.  Once I told them I was going to contact the DGFT they quickly sent what I did not order.  They sent steamed curled dry hair.  Not in the length that I wanted nor were the curls the same size.  

They also do not have what is on their website.  They state that they have lace front wigs and they do not.  They state that they have natural curly hair and they don't.  One thing I am not and that is a fraud!  Beware of this company.  

These people wanted Me to spend money to send them back their garbage.  I told them they will have to incur the cost of that.  They have a DHL account for christs sake. They state that once they get tracking number they will automatically refund.  Bulls*!  If you ripped Me off once, you think I am going to dish out more money trusting you again?  No way.  I am still waiting for the DGFT to investigate these frauds.  Its always the frauds who try to make it look like the customer is the problem.  Remember that when you are dealing with these kinds of people in the hair business.  For they are never wrong.  

 

They should not be allowed to sell their garbage on India Mart.  

When I sent the money to them the first time the con artist couldn't pick it up so I had to cancel the payment.  There was a western union glitch that delayed the return that stated the money was picked up.  Western Union has sent Me an apology email and a discount on My next transaction.   So if this con couldn't pick up the d**n money perhaps his name is flagged as a fraud.

 

I have sent an complaint to the DGFT along with their trade number and DHL account number.  India needs to regulate this business better than they are now so companies like this will not be so free to rip you off and send you any thing they want to send you.  They also need to stop these companies from using western union.  That will be the next place I submit a complaint to in order to get Western Union to crack down on these businesses who collect monies through their platform. 

 

The bottom line is take your coins and buy from a more reputable business.  These rip off a*holes always try to make it seem like you are trying to steal from THEM!  No one has any time to steal any d**n hair or try to con someone for some f*n hair!

 

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST! If you don't you will surely regret it!!  I did!  I even showed these frauds what natural curls look like at 12 inches after they sent Me sh*y product! 

 

The hair has since been trashed.  Can't use that garbage!!  Found another vendor with quality product and trust worthy!

  I was contacted by Ms. Inez Bullock, but her email is msmariedomina@yahoo.com. I don't know if she is fraud or not. Her name what she wrote in the emails is different than her email address name. But anyways going forward I was contacted by her to buy hair. She contacted me about 4-5 months ago that she wants to buy the hair. First she told me that she had send the money through western union and wrote to me after sending the money which she didnt and from the get go she started blaming me saying oh you took my money send me the hair but after one or two day she said oh no not ur fault western Union didn't send it. Eventually After a month she send the money and I had send her the hair. But for any reason she didn't like the hair its ok write away I told her u can send the hair back I will send u the refund u can see aswell in the report she had file, that I am not lying Abt this. I even said to her just only give me DHL tracking I will send u the full refund including return shipping.

If I was fraud or scam artist I wouldn't even had send her the hair at the first place when she send me the western union, secondly I wouldn't be agreeing on refunds. I am trying to give her the services which u all get in PayPal. I am just writing the reply only and only for this reason so that people who ever is reading these reviews should also know the other side of story. Even upto today even she used the hair which I am sure she did, she can return the hair I will send her the money back. She only have to provide me DHL tracking so that I don't get scammed as well. I will not let sit in the custom which is not possible I don't know where she get that idea from.

She also lied in the report where she is saying that she will go to DGFT or other government bodies after that I send her the hair that is a total lie. I would like that she will also show that proof in the email where she had mentioned that. I also wanted to mention she also contacted INDIAMART and told them I took her money and never send the hair. When I provided them the DHL tracking no. she came on this website started writing the reviews. But honestly deep down I think she just want to keep the hair and also wants to take the money. I hope if she really don't want the hair just don't write abusing language just send the hair back she only have to provide DHL tracking, and also take this fake review down.
