Madison Home Builders Many months to build Basic 2300 Sq Ft Home Charlotte North Carolina

My wife and I built our first new home with these guys. I noticed they were slow to start and slower to finish. I pointed out issues all the way throught the build and many I had to ride them to even look at. They did not finish on a resonable date and was forced to live in hotel seven weeks during the Holidays. Notice right awy cracks, move ment in walls, sheetrock splits, door frames hangups, finishing issues, moldings coming undone (three times), calking failing, and floors squeak like ai live in a trailer that's fifty. Floors will shake as you walk by heavier appliances. This is all for starters. They were contacted several times and promised to show up as well. Which, they did, eventually and only for a couple hours each time. I pointed out the foundation issues and they just shrugged me off. This was before the end of the one year maintenance agreement.
