Tracey, I didn’t know if you were updated on MaDonna so I wanted to share this with you. This is a conversation I had with someone else that MaDonna has stolen from. I’ve been working with her to gather as much info on MaDonna as possible. She sent the following: "Jay, the deputy said, under the name Madonna Vargas she has ,15 active warrants, under Madonna West she has 8, outstanding warrants.” I asked what they were going to do about Juan and when she would be arrested. Here is her reply: "She has not been arrested yet, these were active warrants. She won't be bonded out, she can't because she did not go to court so she has a bench warrant too. The boy is going to be taken into federal custody and she could be charged with kidnapping, and human trafficking. It is supposed to be a big deal because of how many warrants she has. The cops have people set up around 4 houses that she is being taken to in her attempt to stay hidden. Her mother and neice will also be arrested for harboring a fugitive and possession of stolen goods. She also has an out of state felony warrant for felony theft, larceny, and transporting live animals across state lines. The deputy says it will be filmed and he will send it to my phone. I would like to be there when they handcuff her. We won't ever get back what we lost but I will be able to try and move passed it. I don't want anything to weigh me down. We can all sigh from relief, she will be off the streets she'll be in jail for a long time, long long time. Decades the deputy said. We can live our lives free, I hope it was all worth it for her and that Juan is better off. Maybe, just MAYBE, he can have a normal life. I wish that for him. This is not his fault, but sadly he has been with her for 13 years, her way of life is all he knows...how to use people, steal, and the like, I’m gonna pray for him. I will let you know as soon as she gets her last piece of jewelry, her bracelets.”

New Updated Report on Scam Artist Madonna Duhon!!

Since we last heard...Madonna is Now using Animal Abuse as her latest way to Make Money off of someone else's suffering.

This Madonna lady who has stolen Pigs from other breeders(owing $3000.)lied, and suckered people on face book out of sympathy money for vet bills she could not pay in excess of $600. Is at it again!!!

She is Now Breeding YOUNG females, and selling Off their babies as fast as she can breed them!! These Mother pigs are NOT even a year old, and are having babies for madonna to make a quick Dollar.

Prices are in excess of $700.00, and are from Babies, Making babies.!!!!

She States she has a life time of experience, and has been doing Micro Pigs for 2 years! LIE!! Her first litter, she had THIS Spring was from a Very young Mother, who she let get pregnant, and then lied and said it was an accident.! Then posted info. stationg that the Mother Pig baby,was and should be pregnant. "HE had got her like a thousand times"

Her and Her SCAM Crew, who first friend, then lie on other Breeders to gain self status, are Now running This Piggy breeding Mill!

Her ONE Time BIG Advocate "PERCY PIGART SAMS" on face Book....should see her now, But, 'IT" is hiding under a New name 'Samantha Percy' Girl name, boy as described. Only friends with Rescuers. Why has percy left defending this scammer and Thief? Now where is 'Percy' when she has become the Animal Abuser we knew she was capable of being? Coincidence, NOT! I guess Percy is NOT for the Pigs, as IT once stated!

Originally stating she was gonna put Petite porkers, and california tea cups, OUT OF BUSINESS when she hit the scene, still is bashing ALL Breeders, and/or trying to get certain ones to sell her their Best future breeders.

She Never paid

Loli-Pop Farms for the ones (3) she STOLE from them, I CHECKED!! She has even refused registered mail, from loli-Pop Farms, who was trying to get Legal help with the matter. I checked that too.

Oh, and Madonna stated that the Piglets from loli-Pop farms were sick, and beyond hope, and madonna had to have them "Put down". The Piglets in question, are Posted on Face Book, and look alive and well, and now atleast 5 mos. old.

Madonna DID Change the piglets names, to hide them, BUT, I have seen the Mom's of these piglets, and there is NO DOUBT, these are loli-Pop Farms Babies!

In the Meantime, she also states she got in the Mini Pig business because she could NO Longer stand to butcher/sell/ and raise the larger farm hogs we eat on our tables, BUT, she has just opened her own Meat market of Doom, using her Own Hogs or are they mini Pigs?? Who Knows?

If you as a consumer want to be talked to, and treated with disrespect, and get a baby pig from a Very youing Mother pig, a breeding mill, or a Hog meat business....Then this is the Lady for you!

 Your language and writing looks very familiar....almost like a letter to an editor once on a scandel of larceny and fraud.. This author requested in Perfect type to have the letter removed. It also was stated that the case was dropped, and the author of the letter requested that it be stated in a rebuttal that the case was dropped......Just Looks like simialar Paraphrasing. You Probably would recognize it if I gave you the name.

You should be a teacher!!  or a writer for the New paper.

Employees are Owners, Family, and One young man who is Unable to have a full time job due to Menatal Challenges he faces every day. He is the Only NON Family Member that has EVER worked here!~ and we treat this young man as family. Period. 

 I am not involved, or trying to be nosey. I would like to say  that despite the comments about your spelling and such, your replies as the owner(s) are done very tastefully. Unlike the other people posting. I find it easier to support your view and in assuming you have been the one scammed, and hurt. My condolences are with you and your family for this aweful situation you have obviously been thrown into. Sorry for your hassle and financial losses you have incured.

We have spoken in Length to Our Common wealth Attorney for the State of VA. and are working on a solution.

I thought she was My friend. She called me her Sister. I loved her. She called Randy her "other" Husband, and offered to send her Son to us for vacation. Unsupervised!!! She cuddled MY Momma and called her Mom. Slept in our beds, and spent time with us as Family.....NOT, a Client.

We have had more respect at this point from strangers who have purchased Our piglets, than this scammer. They continue to be friends, and keep in touch through Face Book, email, and phone conversations.

We have all messages from Madonna which are in the thousands. Literally. Like Most friends would Have.

To bring in Jobs, friends, innocent children, and co-Workers is sick and spiteful....ALL DONE BY: Madonna Lynn Duhon (Darvis/Jarvis?) Percy Pigart Sams, and a Fake Person Named Sara Shalts. Also, Sara's FAKE Boyfriend, on face Book, who has 2 FB friends....Madonna and sara Shalts. HMMMM??? This Fake Boyfriend has sent some VERY Vulgar Messages to several People.....NOT Just me. All have been recorded.

All we have done is Friend the DEVIL, and I do take responsibility for NOT being MORE "Paranoid", and careful, causing all this distress for MY Family, friends, Church family, and Co-Workers.

Are you trying to say she is....FAT!! I think she is attractive. I think Maybe you are right. Don't waste your time. You obviously don't like people who aren't skinny!

Also, she is a teacher? She must be very brave.

If she is using her photos everywhere, then she must not mind being who she is. UNLIKE YOU ALL!

 I am finding it strange that you are worried about spelling and punctuation!! Is that what you see here? I could care less about 'how' the people spelled it. The first report, the one you are commenting on, seems legit to me. It did not list phone numbers or any personal info. that seemed like the person was trying to be hateful. It looks like these poor people at loli pop farm got scammed. Does it really matter how it was spelled? NOT to me!

I also saw some of the rebuttals. WOW- you all are hateful. That woman should pay for her pigs, and leave these people alone.

If I ever get a Pig, I will probably get one from them. Just to help them get some of their money back. I didn't even know they existed before, but thank you for turning us on to them.

These pics show exactly why you named yourself Donut when you posted this garbage, Tracey S**** B**** owner of Loli Pop Farms in Virginia.  You are too stupid for words so I won't waste my time trying.  What a waste of space on the planet. To think you are part of any education program is a disgrace.

I personally know Madonna Duhon, and I do not personally know Tracey Both of Loli Pop Farms, but was friends with her on FB, until she delted me, reason unknown other than who is on my friends list.

I hate the way things have fallen out between the two, and wish they could reconcile any differences and move forward.

If there was a payment agreement made, then it should be upheld and followed as good Christian people do.  Certainly as a reputable business owner of Loli Pop farms,  there must be a contract agreement signed.   Lets see it.   But stop the harassment.  Put up or shut up frankly.  We are all tired of the drama.

If there is no such document held, then by all means, Madonna should garner a lawyer and sue for not only this report but so much more.  

Lacking evidence of some such payment agreement, I think this report should be deleted and a mark against Loli Pop farms for abuse.

Just my two cents on this issue.   

First of all, let me say that I do not know the poster of this complaint, Donut, or the person they are making the complaint about, Madonna.  I do hope you are not a business owner, Donut, as your post does not exemplify the standards of a business that will be around long term.  This is not the place to resolve your problems with a customer.  Your post appears to be designed to harass and harm rather than to resolve any legitimate business dispute you may have with this person.  It is obvious that more than one person wrote the complaint.  One person appears to be more educated than the other.

Secondly, do you not have spell check or grammar check?  Your post is a total butcher of the English language.  It’s a disgrace to see so many grammatical mistakes, many words used incorrectly, and a complete lack of correct spelling.  I will point out a few of the obvious mistakes.  Your complaint is a reflection of the person you are, Donut.  It speaks volumes about you, Donut, not the person you are complaining about.

Harrass should be spelled harass

Harrasement, Harrassmenrt, and Harrassmat should be spelled Harassment.  Notice the use of ONE r in the spelling of Harassment not TWO.  The meaning of harassment is commonly understood as behavior intended to disturb or upset, and it is characteristically repetitive.  It appears that you are the one doing the harassing here Donut.  Why post a picture of someone else on the Internet?  Should you rethink your actions as a business owner?

Defermation should be spelled Defamation.  As in defame.  Meaning to damage the good reputation of (someone); slander or libel.   I do not see where this applies to what I read in your complaint.  At the very least you can do when making a post is to spell the word correctly.  From what I am reading, if anyone is doing the defaming, it’s you, Donut.

The tort of larceny does not appear to apply to what you have explained in your complaint has taken place between you and your former customer.  I will post a link to a definition of larceny.  Maybe you should take the time to read it so that you may understand the meaning of larceny and how it applies for any future complaints you may need to make. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larceny

Charecter should be spelled Character.  The meaning of character is defined as the combination of qualities or features that distinguishes one person, group, or thing from another.   You have certainly shown us your true character in your complaint, Donut.

Louisianna’s is spelled Louisiana.  I assume you are speaking of the state?

Offsring is spelled offspring.  I’ll assume this may be a typo.

Goodie’s should be goodies, as in multiple goods.  I don’t think a good is capable of possessing another object.

Scandel should be spelled scandal.  Notice the a instead of the e. 

Paied (spelled this way through out your complaint) should be spelled paid.  There is no ED or past tense when paying someone.

Interent should be spelled Internet.  This too may have been a typo.

There are too many grammatical issues to go through all of them, so I will stop here.

Finally, I have to say that your complaint reeks of someone who has set out to harm another person.  What you complain about is exactly what you are doing throughout your complaint, as I read it.  It is obvious that you are a very unhappy person.  Your complaint is full of spite, hatred, and resentment.  To the reader your complaint looks revengeful.  Why not try to work this out in private instead of posting harmful things to others on the Internet, Donut?

I have to assume from what you wrote in your second post, under the same user name, Donut, that you are Loli Pop Farm?  I did an Internet search and found several.  I believe I know which one you are because some of the same grammatical errors are represented on your website.  The Facebook page, I believe to be you, is an embarrassment.  Please rethink your business practices if you plan on being in business for any length of time.  As a business consultant I was appalled.  I suggest you find someone to help you establish correct business practices.  There is probably someone in your area that can help you.

I will leave you with this last thought.

 I have no clue about this woman, or anything, but just wanted to say i read your report and then looked at the pictures and just had to tell you those babies are adorable, they look healthy and clean. Its sick what some people will do to scam other people, but i am sure there are some good people out there that wont be as "sick" as this woman and what she did.  I wish you and your company well and want to say again that those piggies are super cute :)  Good luck
