I ordered magazines from this company that claimed "receive 5 magazines for $27, but when they charged my charge card the amount was $83.87. I immediately called to cancel my order because at that price I could buy the magazines cheaper on the stand. I received a callcelation notice on March 26, 2009 stating that I would receive my refund in 10-12 business days. needless to say I am writing this report and I still have not received my refund after speaking with many customer service reps and a manager.

On 5-22-09 the manager stated that I would have my refund in 3-5 business days, today is June 4th and I am still waiting. This is my first step, I am going to my bank to dispute this transaction due to false advertisement and take copies of the e-mail stating that the money should have been returned, and push this to the full extent of the legal system. This is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a refund. They immediately take the money from your accounts, but jerk you around when replacing the funds (or not replace the funds).

If you are reading this please copy it and send it to as many of your friends as possible. Do not do business with this company. Magazine burst is a RIP-OFF, A SCAM. I learned of this company though an email sent to me stating "claim my $1000 gift card from Walmart". I am also sending this e-mail to the dispute department of Walmart to let them know that their name is being dragged through the mud and faithful customers like myself are beginning to associate Walmart with Scams. I intend to keep fighting this injustice through my congressman, judges, and attorneys. However long it takes.
