Lucille Makatura Raymond and Lucille Aragon Ozwald Have two businesses here in the city of Mesa/Tempe Arizona. Publishers Service Inc. and Magazine Distributers

They moved here from Denver Colorado recently after they had penalties and fines to pay up to 6 million dollars for scamming the elderly who lived off of retirement ssi and disability. They tricked these people from the age of 50-85 for magazines they were already getting. Hiring motivated people who would tell them they would recieve gift cards from target and wal mart or win trips and even free prescriptions meds! They would hire and fire people constantly just to get a few sales out of them. They left their old life in Denver and started branching out new offices here in Arizona. Calling nation wide (except Colorado and Arizona states) and getting people to sign up for what they were already recieving and demanding payments to this people who cant afford it. If you come across a call that says My Name is _____ from Publishers Service, how are you today? The reason I'm calling is we wanted to thank you for paying your account so promptly on your previous magazine order. And because you have been such a good customer, were going to send you some magazines but we are going to prepay them for a full 60 months"

Anything that starts out like that just hang up! Do the research on these people b typing into google "denver magazine scam" and please report to the attorney generals office. The address and direct phone number to this place is attached 480 219 1450

Disgruntled employee

AUTHOR: Lucy - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 11, 2020

This complaint was filed by a former employee (receptionist/data entry) who stole a blank check from the owners desk, which was locked, and forged a check for over $1000. However when he went to the companies bank they recognized that this check was not of the norm and did not let him cash the check and contacted the police.

They cold not detain him until the police arrived. He then tried to blackmail the owner, stating he would file this false report if she did not pay him the $1000 he tried to cash on a Saturday at the bank. The owner did try and press charges but the police were unable to find him.

The owner told him to do what he had to do, his blackmail would not work. He walked out of the office and took a picture of the office and yelled something and walked away as he had no car.The company has one owner not two and the names he listed are not even correct. And the owner has only ever had one company and is in no way affiliated with Magazine Distributors.
