TWX renewed 2 magazine subscriptions without any notification on an EXPIRED credit card. unable to reach anyone- would not allow me to wait on phone, hung up on me. made me leave a message.  Already waiting one hour for callback.
  
Website cancellation is cumbersome as they make you answer about 5 new offers before accepting a cancellation.  Must do it separately for every single magazine.  Took over an hour to cancel 2 subscriptions, and I will call credit card company to make sure.  Stay away from Time Warner, RIPOFF artists.

TheNewMagazineCity aka The Magazine Service Center aka TheNewMagazineCity.com Magazine subscription company, took my money the day after I subscribed, their rules say refunds only up to 48 hours even though I would have to wait 10-12 weeks for the magazine.
