Magazine Subscription Business Center-U.S Weekly I was given 3 free months of magazines. Called 2 cancel sub. b/4 3 mon. was up 2 not b charged and my acct. was charged anyways. Phone #'s do not work. Cannot get thru to anyone to stop payments! SCAM Internet

I was given 3 free months of 3 different magazines and was told that if I called them before the 3 months was up to cancel the magazines, I would not be charged for the magazines. So I called the toll free phone number given to me and cancelled the subscription.

 On the 23rd of this month, I checked my checking account and saw that they had charged me $84.00 for these magazines. Along with the charge to my account was a phone number. I attempted to call that phone number and talk to someone and that phone number does not work. You get a recording and then it hangs up. So you cannot not talk to a human. It is a SCAM!!!
So I had to go to my bank and put a stop payment on this which cost me $15 so that it no longer comes out of my account. I also had another phone number and it does NOT work either. These are reputable magazines such as PEOPLE, US WEEKLY and OK magazine. I am totally shocked!! I am also hurt that people can scam other people like this and how many others have they done this to????????
