The company has a website that offers discounted magazine subscriptions.

I bought two magazines on March 1, 2008 for my Sister as a gift and have not received either. They were Patents Magazine & Daughters Magazine.

I have contacted the company via their (800) 787-1414 number and was told they would look into it and would get back to me in 7-10 days. They never got back to me.

I called again, was told they had no record of me calling and they would have to get back to me in another 7-10 days. They again never got back to me.

I then filed a inquiry via their online customer service form asking where my magazines were, again no response.

This company is a scam, they put you off long enough so you cannot do a credit card charge back and they laugh all the way to the bank.

You will not get any magazines. Getting 70% off a magazine that you will never get is not a good deal.

I learned the hard way, lets hope nobody else has to lose their money like me.

Spread the work about this scam and lets hope this web site and company Magazine City LLC gets busted for fraud and their owners (Russ Halley) go to jail.
