Ordered a renewal for a magazine from this company on 5/21/12. No renewal was applied and when last contacted on 10/12/2012 by internet they replied they would respond as soon as possible.Phone calls were never returned.

As of 10/20/12 the website and phones are down.Fortunately I was able to get a credit from my credit card issuer.
