Magdiscounters.com Magazine subscription rip-off, Internet

I ordered a gift subscription for a weekly magazine for a friend. A month and a half passed and the subscription hadn't started. I emailed and called 5 or 6 times and was told that they sent the information to the publisher. The publisher said they didn't receive anything so I went back to the company. They assured me that they would send it again (ha-ha) and that the subscription would start at the latest by June 8th. As of June 8th, no subscription and the publisher still has no record of the order.

This magazine discounter is a rip-off. The only way I was able to get them to contact me was to threaten to contact the rip-off report. I have received a charge back to my credit card, but I want to save others from the hassle and frustration of dealing with them.
