MaggieMoo's does not give earnings claims in their UFOC. This is because the systems average unit volume is very poor. Sure there are a very few people making money, but with an average unit volume of around $200k per year, most struggle to pay the bills. Due to some franchisees not being able to pay their royalties and therefore not reporting their sales, MaggieMoo's doesn't really know what the exact average unit volume is.

When you try to get sales information from them, they will give you the typical answer which is to ask their franchisees. Then they give you a list of select franchisees to contact, which is very questionable if not illegal. In response to this they will say that their UFOC provides contact information for all franchisees and they recommend that you contact each. But they will tell you that their short list will be of people who are willing to spend the time to speak with you.

My advice to anyone considering a MaggieMoo's franchise; don't make a decision until you've had a conversation with the majority of the franchisees. If you do have a conversation with each franchisee, you will find the above to be true. If you believe otherwise, you didn't speak with enough franchisees.
