 My sister and I ordered magic face therapy and Nova derma cream online through the internet. Of course we read the terms and conditions after the fact but we did call them and cancel within the time period that we were supposed to cancel so we wouldn't be charged the $89.94 for the product because we believed that was too expensive for what they were selling and its not worth it. Their terms was initially you just pay $4.95 for shipping and handling to evaluate the magic face therapy for a 10 day + 4 day shipping trial and after that you will be billed $89.49 for the product. If you cancelled within that 10 days plus 4 days shipping days you would not be charged when we called within that 14 day period and cancelled they went and charged us anyways. Their terms and conditions also states trial is limited to one offer per household I live with my sister so that's two people that ordered the same from the same household. We have been on the phone with them trying to cancel our order but they're still charging us for the amount of the product they did give us a 35% discount but still we don't believe that we should have to pay the additional $50 plus what they're charging us when we did what we were supposed to do in the time period that we were supposed to do it in.
