Magic Jack Phone Jack Waste of Money Internet

I purchased a MJ against the advice of salesperson at Staples. It worked OK for a couple of weeks then the people we were calling couldnt hear us very well at all. Couldnt use it to call the people we wanted to call long distance. Then a couple of months later, the usb port connection became loose and will not make a connection. Used online help, they wanted me to buy a new one. I said I wouldnt. Then they wanted me to pay $9.95 for shipping to replace it or authorize $39. on my credit card and if they gor the old one back in two weeks they would credit it back to me. The rep was extremely rude. Kept saying read your terms oand coditions. I wont buy another one. Too bad because I thought it was a great idea but if I have to keep purchasing it over and over then I am better off with a land line.
