I ordered some clothes from this company a while back . And when the clothes finally came to my house, I had to pay the postman an additional $4.55 for the package. Because they did not put enough postage on the box! I sent them the proof of what happend and Magic Kids Usa refuses to answer any of my emails about this. I would like for them to refund my $4.55

Customer's request has already been sent through to issue the refund. We have also responded to all of his emails, as well as had to contend with his personal attacks on here as well as The BBB website. The customer is alleging things that are just not accurate. The energy to put forth these printed attacks as well as the taunting emails once he posts one is fairly ludacris as well as a waste of time. As responded to on The BBB website, the customer complained to them before he even notified us to issue the refund. It then took him almost 2 weeks to provide us with "proof" of being charged too much. What we did receive was a copy of a pulled off label with the amount of $4.55 handwritten on it. We will just refund the amount requested to be able to move past this situation.
