It s a company in Philippines. I order their products on Aug 5th 2012. I paid for the 7 to 15 days delivery. They sent me an email on the 6th telling me that the product was mailed. 15 days later (holidays and week ends not included), I ve been waiting for the package and nothing. I tried the tracking number and there, big surprise:  the tracking number says that the product is preparing to be shipped. We re 15 days later.

I contacted them  for an explanation and first, they blamed on the typhoon that occured days after they "supposely" sent the package. I agree to be patient and waited 1 more week. In the mean time, they promised to do everything for the tracking number to work, it never happened. 2 weeks later (so 1 month of waiting), they start to blame their post office for not sending the package when they were supposed to. 1 month and half later, still no package and I am asking for my money back. They came out and revealed the real issue: the package was stock at customs cause it can't enter the US. 

Bought Aug 5th, we're now sept 19th 2012, still no package  and they won t give my money back. The tracking number is still says "the product is being prepared to ship". USPS is shocked to hear this and don t understand what is going on.

Their products are not allowed to enter other countries and they won t tell you that. They ll take your money and it ll be months of battle to get it back. I m still waiting to get refunded from this company. If you have lived a nightmarre with them, please testify.
