THEY say they did it once and there are other factors involved. As it is THEY do not know if you didnt screw the pants up yourself and are just looking to place the blame on THEM because YOU just dont want to pay for it. Integrity is one thing, but if they had to call the police on you then you were more then JUST disagreeing with them. THEY dontr know if youre a scammer or if you have a real problem. All you did by arguing is show yourself to be a self entitled jackass. YOU had NO RIGHT to act the way you did and I am PROUD of the FACT that not only were the police called but in the end, you just DID NOT GET YOUR WAY!!!!

YOU have to learn you get more flies with Honey then you do STUPID!!! It is MAY...five months after the work has been done. They have repaired it for you two previous times. They were NOT going to do it a third time. How does that little FACT make them the bad guy?? YOU demand that they fix your pants for free, they say no and you make an a*s of yourself in public and the police had to be called. They then call you back and try and make it right but you became a stubborn mule and wanted YOUR WAY no matter what. YOU ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT OF A PERSON THAT YOU GET TO MAKE THOSE TYPE OF DEMANDS!!!!!!! The sooner you learn that you are just ONE PERSON, and ONLY one person and you DO NOT have the right to do as you have done. The Axiom of "The customer is always right" has NOT been true for a very long time. Everytime YOU assume this, you assume at your own risk.

This is what made me laugh.....She said since i am not signing it she will not return it, after i told her that now i will call police - she took raisor , got everything undone and threw pants in my face. I want $30 refund....how exactly do you DESERVE a refund?? You showed your rump, made a scene and the police had to be called. It was WELL within their rights as a business to hold onto the pants until the payment is made. The payment was in this case you signing off on the pants. You chose NOT to sign, she undid the work. And gave you back your pants. SOunds pretty cut and dry to me. Either LEARN TO SEW or find another taylor. Im 100% sure that they wont be doing ANYTHING for you and now that the situation has come to a conclusion Im also 100% sure that they will have you arrested if you go back in. Your only REAL remedy is to attempt to take them to small claims court but I also know that you will end up losing this fight. Its well past the time for ANY refund, they HAVE redone your pants multiple times by your own admission, and your last interaction with them had the police called on you for disturbing the peace and refusing a lawful command from a property owner.

I would suggest that you cut your loses and move on, but given the behaviour that you yourself have reported about yourself, I doubt that is going to happen. Pick your battles because this one is already heavily against you.
