Tommy Hu a sales rep at Magic toyota will do anything his sales manager, Keith Mayernik tells him to get the sale. Tommy and Keith both use high pressured sales techniques which is border line bullying to keep you at there dealership until you are tired and broken down and fully give in to buy a vehicle. There techniques show no concern and respect for the buyer. They will sell you at the highest price they can get away with- they appear to have no moral conscience.  There techniques are similiar to interrogation used against enemy's in time of war in order to break you down until you finally buy from them.   They will rush you, make you feel guilty, and use friends and family to work against you just to sell you a vehicle.  I witnessed this when I visted there dealership with a friend who just started to search for a new vehicle and wanted to take  time and search many options. They tried to manipulate me to help them manipulate my friend to buy a vehicle that they picked out-not my friends choice of vehicle.  They even contacted my firends mom to help manipulate my friend to buy from them.  This appeared to be desperation at it's finest.  My opninon, do-not buy from these individuals and for that matter-Magic Toyota.  The sad part about these two men is, I purchased a used vehicle form Magic Toyota years ago from a differant sales rep and manager who were professional, respectful and used no high sales pressure tactics on me whats so ever.  Again however, I would now steer clear of this dealership and advise everyone else to stay away.
