First let me say shame on me for not listening to my inner voice, "Buyer Beware".

I was offered what appeared to be a good deal to utilize multiple vacation nights in multiple locations.  However, since I have a very busy and packed schedule I was concerned about fitting the travel in to the 18 month window to use the offer.

I was assured that "all I had to do" was call the number provided and extend the offer one or two more years.  They conveniently left out that there would be extra charges to extend the time frame.  I recall specifically asking about additional charges and again was assured there would not be any because of this special offer.  Ha!
Maybe they can produce the audio tapes and determine who is correct here. 

Bottom line, I was unable to schedule use of the vacation offers during the 18 month period from 5/23/08 to 11/22/09.  When I called to schedule a trip on 4/17/10, I was told that I needed to pay more money to use the package.  I argued the point indicating that all I needed to do was ask to extend the offer 1 to 2 years.  Silly me, I did not have anything in writing to confirm my understanding.  The representative was going to check my package purchase and call back.  That was 4/17/10.  No response ever returned.  I have called back multiple times but the lines are always busy.

P.T. Barnum was right, a sucker is born every minute.  Magical Dreams Escapes received a $200 donation from me and I never got any thing for it.  Once burned, twice shy, I hope I learned my lesson and I am grateful it only cost me $200 to learn.
