magicJack.com Magic Jack Wiped out my International calling purchases without notifying me Internet

I have used magic Jack for several years - I used it as a 2nd line and for international calls
.
I purchased a LOT of international calling purchase credit last year for Christmas calling and just today wanted to call my relatives in England.

I found my credit was ZERO!

After calling a 'Glenda' in magic jack support, I was curtly informed that credits EXPIRE 6 months after purchase!

I was told that this was written in the Terms  but was never enforced until recently.

I was never informed that this was going to be enforced so I was scammed out of about $100 of credit.


This company has become a RIPOFF - take my advice, keep away from them.

And if you do use them, make sure your calling  credit is kept very LOW in case you have your money 'stolen' from you, like I have.
