Magnetic Consulting Group, Inc. Part of Cydcor. This company hired me promising bunch of goodies. In reality what I found was just unbelievable. The truth about Magnetic Consulting Group:

HR person: Dasha

They rent and share a tiny office with another Cydcor company called Frontline Sac or something like that.

- Door to door U-verse marketing.
- You have to sell to make some money (if your customers cancel with buyer remorse, you won't get paid).
- You will not be reimbursed for gas unless you make about $1000 a week in sales, which is impossible for most people.
- You will be working 10 hour. plus saturday mandatory. all unpaid unless you make a sale.

- They will try to brainwash you with some speeches found on internet during their so called "business meetings."
- You will be required to travel to some ghetto city with bunch of idiots and sleep with them in a same motel room during their so called "travel opportunity".
- They will try to isolate you from your friends and families by encouraging you to go to their "office nights", so they can brainwash you some more.

- They do not offer any health benefits, but they will lie to you that they do. In fact, their leaders will encourage you to get onto your parents' health insurance plan.
- You will not be paid minimum wage or overtime.
- You will be walking in the rain in Sacramento's sh*tty areas trying to sign people up. Cops will be called if you do your business in upper scale areas.

- You will not be provided a permit for solicitation , thus can be fined or arrested if cops catch you.
- You will have to lie to customers, so you can make $200/week check if lucky.
- Often you will be required to give ride to other losers in the company or riding in one of their cars.
- You will have to insult yourself and be a clown to make little amount of money. No self respect? Go work for Magnetic.

- Even if you make it to management, like they promise, you will be required to move to who knows where, and start an exact same sh*tty office and hope everything goes well. You will have find losers to work for you doing what you did to get to management all over again. Good luck with finding losers fast. It will take long to find losers. Most people quit within 2 weeks, just like I did.
- You will be required to attend their brainwashing game activities. They call it their "super awesome atmosphere."

- You will be required to take notes on their useless teachings everyday and repeatedly.
- If you die in a car accident while riding in one of the losers' car, your family will not get anything because they will make you to sign a paper saying they will not be responsible for death, injury, arrest, or fine.
- When promoted to level 2 (leader), you will be taught on how to interview people. They teach you that you never mention "door-to-door" and to say instead "face-to-face marketing".

These are the truth about this company, and what I have observed. I was shocked that I had fell for this scam for about a week. I kept my name anonymous for safety reasons. You never know what these a**holes are capable of. BE CAREFUL!!!
