I called company sameday trial samples came to cancel, talked to man named Victor, he said Order would be cancelled, no further charges would be posted to my account. However, $88.99 has been charged twice over the past 2 weeks and product I refused at post office has been sent to me. Today, talked to company, again a Victor, and was told only 1 product had been cancelled. Told him both products were cancelled and I want my $ 177.99 returned. He disagrees, and says my $$ will not be returned to my credit card.
