The idea was for Magnon International to create a corporate identity/logo and website for a new business. Things did not start smoothly, as even transferring funds was not easy - they're payment interface did not work and my bank (a major international bank) told me more than once that the details I had been given for payment were not sufficient.
I spoke to someone and briefed him. He assured me that work would be undertaken straight away. But he disappeared, and then the project was picked up by someone else. He told me he would contact me. He didn't. I had emails going unanswered too.
I persisted. The sample logos arrived. They were truly, truly awful. I lost faith and asked for my money back. Magnon (Shailesh K Sinha) has refused to refund the money, and just asks what work they can do for me - this is after me telling them several times I do not want to continue with the project because of poor service.
I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY.

They don't having any financial problem, but holding the salary of 3 to 2 months of all people in the Magnon Solutions and Magnon international . I need yourself help to do needful on this matter as soon as possible to release the payment ,so that we survive peacefully.
Is there any way of getting my Salary ??
I Think For such complaint we will have to proceed under Labour Courts.
