Mags4cheap THIEVES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT Houston Texas

It first started when i ordered a magazine from this company in february of 07, the magazine took considerably longer that it was supposed to, to arrive. I went through alot of trouble to get ahold of somebody and find out what was going on, i spoke to a girl in customer service she said she would contact the publisher, and asked me to call back the next day, i called back only to find out that they didnt contact the publisher at all....eventually i received the magazines 3 weeks after the time period they were supposed to be delivered in....that was only the beginning, i wanted to order more, and figured that there was just a slight problem, and that it wouldnt happen again, so i did indeed order more....I was very very wrong to do so...

The second order was made in May 07, three magazines, one magazine was delivered late, of course about a month late, well the other 2 have not been received....from the date the publisher supposedly accepted the order it was going to take 4-8 weeks, when that 8 weeks was up i started to try calling them, this was the end of July....i have called every day to date for at least an hour at a time sometimes wating on hold for a long as 20 minutes only to be hung up on before anybody answered the phone...i have left countless emails, and the only response i ever received was a half assed "it looks like there was a slight distribution delay, you should recieve these no later than 9/1/07" its 9/18, no magazines. I left numerous messages that say they will return within one business day...nothing. On several occasions i called them during their normal business hours, and the reocrding stating the business hours advised that they were closed. I looked up the phone number to thier office in Houston, number was disconntected.

I called 4 days ago, and finally, finally go somebody on the phone, i asked for the supervisor, he said that the only one there was "busy" asked if he could help me...so i proceeded to tell him the situation...he hung up on me!

I contacted both puslishers a month ago, and have been in contact with them since, neither have any record of the account to this day.

I reported this company to the better business bureau, but since they are not a memeber it didnt do a bit of good. BBB informed me that they attempted to contact mags4cheap severl times, over a month-long period with no response, they had to close to claim, and file it as no response.

I continue to send emails daily and call them daily, leaving message after message...nobody will respond. I am doing EVERYTHING in my power to get the word out that mags4cheap are thieves, and criminals, they had no problem taking the money from my credid card...they didnt send the money directly to the publishers which is what they claim to do, and why they dont accept refunds. NO! they stole it.

Please please get the word out...DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH MAGS4CHEAP, or any company directly affiliated with them! They will take your money and not deliver the product, and when you try to figure out why, they will completely ignore you.
