This company and individual are not reputable. Business to business transaction has been horrible, right after sending check. Equipment arrived late....broken part that was covered by his "so called" 90 day warranty...which we repaired after he suggested we contact a service in our state to fix problem.
We have not been reimbursed by his company, even though we saved his company over $400 by repairing equipment ourself!! We even had to purchase the part!!!
He offered to pay for cancelled check (lost in mail) ...he has not done so.... refused to pay for next day air UPS...even though he gave us his shipping number!!
Has claimed he turned in claim for damage, but we have not been reimbursed.
Has not communicted back to us even though we have tried several times and left many messages.
I would advise STRONGLY, that you purchase from a reputable company and steer clear of this individual.
