Mail.tv.org - Mp3downloading.com ripoff will not answer my emails to cancel my membership, will not answer their live chat link. Internet

i ran across this company called extreme on the internet it advertised that you can easily find movies tv shows games etc and download them. it said one year membership would be 17.88 so i thought i'd give it a try.

They said simple to use NOT They said will refund in 7 days if you don't like it Cant get them to ans my emails and i have written 4 already to the name of the email i got from them which is support@mail.tv.org no answer its 3 days and soon my 7 days will be up.

they have a live chat NOT I have had their livchat on for the last two hours and it says contacting operator and a little globe is nicely twirling around but no one ever ans my live chat link either. The last email i sent them had no ans either and i told them i had already deleted their useless program from my computer.

today i contacted my credit card company and told them all i've just reported here and they said thus far the charge has not been posted to my card and they could not do anything until it was posted. the name being posted was mp3downloading.com but that is not the name that was on the site i gave my credit card number to. Is this company just getting credit card numbers from people? Nothing comes up on the site from them that works so it is worrisome for me, i don't know what i should do.
