Main Merch ecrater record awards, Paid for the item Jan 12, 2012. Waited for an update and there was none. I emailed the seller to ask the status. He responded a couple days later that he was out of town and would ship it that day. Internet

- Paid for item (ALICE IN CHAINS DIRT PLATINUM RECORD AWARD) on January 12, 2012.

- Jan 13, 2012 I emailed the seller in regards to its status. His Response from email.

"Hey Waylon... Just saw this transaction... looks like yer card was charged ok.. so I'll get this ready to ship and add the UPS # to google checkout  as soon as it goes out the door  Thanks again T L"

- Jan 17th, 2012 I received an email stating my order shipped. Track UPS package #1Z5TF9640397293235 

- Jan 19th, 2012 I emailed him because the shipping label still states

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

I also tried calling the number supplied by his account. He responded via email with

"Hey Waylon.. just got back from the long weekend ... getting caught up on shipping.. got this one ready to go for ya .. this is your ups # 1Z5TF9640397293235

Thanks for the heads up  on the phone .. thats my ex wifes name ... so I guess I better change the # in google.. as for the "Record Awards" name .. are you talking about the email addy? .. i just had everything forwarded to this email ...
anyway.. enjoy the award .. let me know when it gets there ok... and thanks again"

I responded Jan 26th with a complaint because he printed out a shipping label but never shipped. This is what I wrote.

"This is your last chance before I file a complaint through FTC : Military Sentinel. I've given you plenty of time to ship and respond. If you looked at my address that I gave to you for shipping you'd notice I live on a military base and it isn't smart scamming military personnel. Last chance. "

He responded the same day with

"Nobody is getting scammed here ive already cleared it with google to refund your money I dont kindly to threats of military invasion.. and if you look at my address youll notice that im a police officer so after google gives you your money back .. then lets have a conversation also the driver picked up your award yesterday and ive filed for it to be returned to me thanks for your patience"

I've contacted ecrater support as well as google wallet and neither would resolve this scam artist. So luckily I paid with my credit card and they are getting the money back for me.

I suggest every one to stay clear of this guy. Even on his facebook page he has another unhappy customer that ordered back in August....
