While checking FSBO Classified ads online I found a nice car but no price. I emailed how much? Reply asked, cash or will you get financing? I said cash, but needed it ASAP to get wife to Dr. etc.

On Friday, Feb 20, I got the address, thought I was meeting a private party seller. Once I located the address I saw it was a used car sales lot, so not cool! I go inside, its worse than a police interrogation, no water, no a/c, the dude's playing on my needs, getting a car right away. I was there practically all day.

The car I wanted, I couldn't get, found that out after they got my down payment. I was so pi#*ed, I decided to leave and wanted my money back! I was told no, I couldn’t get it. The excuse was, it was in the safe, and only owner could get it, but he wouldn't be back till Monday Feb 23!

I Found a seamingly nice car on the lot while walking around trying to cool down. They told me to take it home along with the papers my wife had to sign. After going over documents with her we read total cost $11,400.00! that was way out of our budget, especially when I told JB the sales guy I couldn’t go over $7,100 including all other charges. We decided we were returning the car.

At the lot on Monday they tried to jack us for more $, I don't think so. I informed JB the price was not what we had agreed upon. I then told him we were returning the car and I asked for my $ back. They gave me the same song and dance. I think this so called owner is a myth!

So I left with car till I get my $. I’ve been noticing more and more problems with it. Not gonna let em get away with fraudulent sales tactics, spoofing, deceiving, scamming etc!

It's Tues Mar 3, and we’ve got a bunch of messages from car lot, why? It was JB, he said they found us a lower payment and we needed to go to the lot and sign papers ASAP. As I was leaving I checked my mail, and found out the financing we applied for at the lot had been declined! So is the contract we signed now void? We hope so.

Not signing anything, and we are getting our money back come hell or high water! And you can bet I’m filling a complaint with the AZ BBB Those A*% H*L#S, They have got to learn they can't go around treating people this way. Ha, jokes on you, Ha, what goes around comes around, karma is always watching.

Any one got a car for sale? NO DEALERS!!!!!!

You told the dealer you intended to pay cash but you agreed to finance the car. You foolishly paid a deposit on a car sight unseen without a test drive. Then you signed a financial agreement without reading it. You were easily duped and failed to exercise common sense.

The BBB has no power and will be unable to assist you. Happy motoring!
