MAJA Psychic Readings Youtube Channel | Not able to fulfill service and won't refund your money. Maja is unable to handle psychic reading questions and then refuses to refund money. Internet

I emailed Maja at her address: MajaPsychicReadings@Gmail.com to request a 1-Question reading after listening to her Youtube videos. There was no instruction as to how to ask for a reading, so I gave an explanation of the situation surrounding my question, the question, my name, birthdate and time {as she says she's also an astrologer on her Youtube channel}, and a photo. 

**Word of Caution: DO NOT go to any psychics/professionals that won't show you their face!

I then received an automated response from the MajaPsychicReadings@Gmail.com address saying to send $20 to her Paypal. I wanted my response ASAP and had already sent the other required information, so I immediately sent $20 to her Paypal as requested. I did not receive a Paypal confirmation right away as Maja asks you to just "send money" rather than offer a professional invoice. 

**Word of Caution: DO NOT send any money to a 'professional' who does not have a professional invoice!

I immediately wrote back to Maja saying that the payment went through and that I was willing to pay extra for the service to be expedited. {Thank God this did not happen.} I received a response that I would have my reading in 72 hours.

Within the 72 hour time frame, I received an audio of her reading my email and telling me that I am not making any sense to her. In the audio I received, she explains for 10 minutes how she does not understand anything in my email and that I am speaking in fairytale. After 10 minutes of complainging about my situation, question, and way of communication in the audio she asks me to send in 3 "acutal" questions.

After listening to her in this audio, I do not want her anywhere near me or my business {which is what my question was regarding: which path/option to take in career direction}. I replied very nicely, thanking her for the time she took to make the audio complaining about my email and that I would not be asking her any questions. I then asked her to please refund my $20 as she was unable to fulfill the service requested.

Maja then wrote back with attitude saying simply that she was not going to argue with me, that the audio is her performing the service {even though the audio is her complainging that she can NOT fulfill the service}, and that I can either send her questions or I can "move on." 

I have now blocked her and am working on handling the complaint with/thru Paypal. 

I go to professional psychics frequently and had taken a chance on her as I like to come across new professionals from time to time. There are too many highly gifted and professional psychic advisors out there, that there is honestly no reason why any other individual would need to experience Maja.

I write this in hopes that I will help keep at least one person from the horrible service, stress, and prolonged lack of clarity regarding their questions that Maja delivers. Please do not give up hope on psychics, Maja just happens to be one of the ones that isn't worth it.
