I was also ripped off by this company (Majestic Benefits) They called me up and said that if I would send them a $299 one time payment, that I would get a credit card with a credit line of $5,000. And I definatly need the money caus emy girl friend and I arn't rich and we're raising a child together... Please we need to take action!!!

Hi Shay, I have some suggestions for you.

First of all, get to your bank and fill out the affadavit they provide for unauthorized ACH transfers. Then call your state's Attorney General's office and explain your situation to them. They will have a lot of other suggestions for you on where to file complaints. The more agencies you contact regarding this matter, the greater the chance that this fraudulent company will pay.
