Shonna V. Hall, owner of Majestic Day Spa in Oakland, CA has defaulted on a business agreement we had for a graphic design identity. Although the project went smoothly and a large print order was placed for all the materials designed, 90 days has now passed since their invoice of $2400 was sent. There is no dispute on their part, Shonna Hall even emailed especially to say how pleased she was. Furthermore, she many times agreed to her balance and told me on 6 occasions she was going to pay the next day. At the present time my company Phrizbie Design Inc. can not even get in touch with her. 23 messages have been left in total on 3 separate phones cell, home and business. Phrizbie Design also offered to work out a payment plan with Majestic Day Spa. Invoices have been sent on 9 different occasions through mail and Paypal. Registered Letters were sent to the home of Shonna Hall and the business address for Majestic Day Spa - 541 Athol Avenue - Oakland, CA 94606 informing them that we would pursue litigation after 90 days. Still no contact has been made.
