Majestic Enterprises deceptive interview luring Roseville Minnesota

My son filed his resume with Monster.com. Today he received a very vague call for an interview with Majestic Enterprises. Majestic Enterprises can't be found in the yellow pages. I did find several rip-off reports on the internet. The reports I read claim that Majestic Enterprises is a version of several bad companies that have been in trouble in various states.

One of the reports mentions Greg Schempp and Beth in Indiana, and links them to Trek Alliance. I did a reverse phone number lookup on one of the Majestic Enterprise numbers, and traced it to Greg Schempp and Beth, now in Roseville, Minnesota. I also found a job listing on the internet for Majestic Enterprises ("seeking entrepreneurial minded individuals with high energy and a desire for a career with a rapidly growing national marketing company").

The person who called my son for an interview, identified himself as Lance Armstrong (651-636-6074). The general number for Majestic Enterprises is: 651-631-2006. Luckily, I found enough information to tell my son not to go to the interview. I hope someone can tell me how to warn others of potential danger.
