Majestic Pools and Spas John Bunch Pool Concrete Installation Disintegrating Lancaster, New York

    The company that I am complaining about installed my pool in September of 2003.
In the summer of 2004 I noticed that the concrete was starting to disintegrate around
the edges.
    
     I contacted the owner (John Bunch) and took pictures of the problem. He assured me
that he would take care of the problem. Months went by of his promise to fix the problem
as it the flaking grew and grew and all along he assured me that he would fix it.

     Eventually he started ignoring my calls so I had to go to his business to confront him.
The reason I did not take legal action at the time was that my family owned a business
in that they sold him repair parts, so I did not want to cause friction for my family.

     By the time I realized that I should take some action I was told it was after the amount
of time allotted by law. So in short I am out over $12,000 for the repairs to my pool deck.

      I have talked to several people that have had the same experience and it all happened
to pools that were installed by Majestic when they did their own concrete work during
the Years of 2002, 2003, and 2004. I wish there were some actions that we could take to 
get retribution.
