Magic Jack LPMajic Jack - Magic Jack LP Warning: Bad news West Palm Beach Florida

I would like to file a complaint on MagicJack. The new computer phone. I purchased 2 of them about 1 years ago. One of them with a 5 year subscription. One of them went bad it took me and my wife 6 hours to finally get a real customer service agent to help us. They ended up sending us a new one that has worked good. Now the second one has gone. The one with the 5 years on it. They do not have a number to call. They have an instant chat. I started the chat at 10:30 AM on 6/18/2009. As I write this it is 6:23 PM. I am on hold on the chat line. I have been through 9 agents. They all read from a list on what to do if the Magicjack does not work. I just went to agent 10. This is a special agent. I already had her 5 agents ago. She told me to do some things and then restart my computer. I told her we would lose the chat and then when it did not work I would have to go to a new person who would not be able to help me. She said it would work. It did not. She was agent number 5. That was 4 hours ago. Now she is playing a game with me. I am waiting more the 5 minutes in between each message. Anyway, At 8:00 I am terminating the chat. I will then file a lawsuit against them. I will have been on the chat line for 8 hours. I have complied at least 2 times with every fix it solution. It is like a cat chasing his tail round and around I go. Agent number 5 Maya is now playing a game with me. She is having me do all the things I have already done and making me wait in between communications. They will not refund my money. They will not send me a new unit. They will not give me a phone number to call and talk to a real human. Each agent has instructions to try all 10 fix alls in the book. If they get stumped they send you to the next agent who tries all the fixes in the book. When he can't fix it goes to the next agent. This keeps on going to you quit and throw away the magicjack. They had me download programs and delete settings. My computer has not stopped running since the download.. I fear they have caused damage. I have copied all the conversations as evidence. The people of this country need to be warned. I talked my son into getting Magic jack. He threw his away two months after he got it. They do not stand behind there product. The chat has ended. They cannot help me. I will get an email from their tech department with in two days. So now no home phone for 2 days. Then another day of try this. Warn all MagicJack is Magic Crap. So the end is, I have no phone and they will not stand by there product..
