my car broke down in island park about 3 1/2 weeks ago the road side assistance was directed to take the car to hempstead which i had already asked them to take it to burnside ave in inwood.
they said it was to full for service to my car then they changed their mind and said it should have originally been sent their instead of hempstead. well hempstead kia made me pay just to release my kia 98' sephia to inwood a charge of 75.00.
now every time i call i get the run around my car needs a new engine and they dont want to do the work and its still under warranty it was fully serviced last month and i was charged 589.00 and the car is under warranty.
i would like that back also. i have no transportation for the whole time period and no one cares please help me get my transportation back
