Major Online Stores, Llc two year platinum package internet marketing of cashflow direct website not provided as promised Phoenix Arizona

On March 2, 2005 Berry Allen and Clark Kent with Major Online Stores (MOS) called me stating they were my coaches for Cash Flow Direct (also of Phoenix AZ) and using high pressure tactics convinced me to use their advertising services to help being traffic to my new Cash Flow Direct website.The package was for (1) 2 years of paying my monthly fees for the website, (2) advertizing in 100 search engines, (3) Linking Popularity campaign, (4) Opt-in e-mails, (5) 100,000 banner ads, (6) 100,000 person traffic to my online store.

I was charged $10,500 immediately but did not receive a written contract or invoice until March 7th. I called them within a couple days of the transaction and told them I did not want their services and John Perkins with MOS said that if I did not put a stop payment on the credit card, he would be able to get my money back quicker.

After receiving the PAID invoice I talked to Mr. Perkins 4 more times and he finally said, after 3 weeks, tough luck, that they already spent all the money on my advertizing and there was no way they could give me my money back. I was not given the proper time, alloted by law, to cancel the transaction either.

The company did pay $20 per month for 12 months for the website hosting fee, but they then quit payments in April 2006. At that point my website went offline due to non-payment by them. I also never saw any traffic come to my site as promised, never could find any evidence of advertizing promised, and when I asked them for a printout of what they did -- they did not have anything to send me! All during the first year, I kept calling them and all I got was the runaround. In April 2006, when the site disapeared, I called and a new man answered the same number, first saying they were MOS, but when I asked him about the problems, he said MOS no longer existed!

I checked and the company was owned by a Mr Shawn Casey and that he is now operating as ECOMMERCE MIDDLE MAN, 300 W Osborn, Suite 212, Phoenix AZ 85013.

I have seen in the past, on the internet, that others have also been scammed by MOS and after filing a report with the Attorney Generals office in AZ that if there are others who were scammed that he wants it reported to him so they can do something about it.
