Claim to be Christian philanthropists, and meanwhile try to steal as much as they can from their friends and neighbors. How is this only a securities, case? Jailtime!!!

I was contacted by Rob Mann owner of website cashinginonauctions.com. I found out that my complaint was not with Rob Mann but a person who represented him self as an agent of the company. I received a document from Rob Mann to sign and return as an acknowledgment of $1420.00 which I did. Mr Mann stated he did not know who sent it to me and he would check it out. I later received a phone from Mr Mann stating that He was unable to trace the document and who sent it but inasmuch as it was his company's document he would make it good. Mr Mann then sent me a check in the amount of $1420.00. Mr Mann is the owner of BlueChipMarketing Co. Ray, Diamond Bar.

Jad I have tried to listen to you for over a year now and you still say the same old thing. How you refunded my money witch was over 80,000. You try to tell me that you did not get all that amount but I have credit card records of all the money that you dedducted from my account and they are all from "MAJOR ONLINE AUCTIONS). Well it looks like I am not in jail any time soon..Usually someone that commits fraud is put in jail over crimes they are accused of and are convicted of doing. There are several things I must address to you for a clear understanding of why the accusations of what you are accusing me of are false.
1. How can an employee of a company work for a business and fulfill on advertising campaigns or marketing campaign he was told by his Ex-employer to sell that he doesn't own?? How can an employee possibly be held liable for a boss who created an EBay Affiliate business he worked for?? The owners of the companies involved in the purchase you were sold on the phone are responsible for all advertising, marketing, website design and fulfillment associated with any purchase from an employee of their organization.
2. Yes, Ray you are right about one thing I sold you things that I found out didn't work. When I explained this to you I advised you to contact the owners involved in the company to see what they can do to assist you in your purchase since they are the ones who were responsible for your marketing campaigns. That was something I could not help you recover investments through.
3. Yes, Ray I did quit working for Cashing in on Auctions, and Blue Chip Marketing Group to start my own company Major Online Auctions, Inc. so that I could have full control of my customers campaigns and if necessary be in the proper position to refund any customers within my financial means from what was sold by myself or others. When we spoke you asked me to help you with recouping losses of several thousands of dollars on marketing campaigns you invested with those companies. I explain the only way I could do that as a new business owner is start you in a new company that I could help teach you how to create a source of income for yourself and help you the best I could to educate you on the tools and fundamentals and training to make yourself an income.
4. I explained to you that this was my first time working for myself in my own business at that time and I cannot guarantee any type of results or income with this investment so make sure it is what you really want to do. You agreed to purchase a marketing campaign that you signed that clearly states fulfillment can and may take up to 1 full calendar year to fulfill on. You forget you had a first website created in one week that was www.majoronlineauctions.com which is no longer working and was replaced five months later with a more advanced website free of charge: www.rbowman.majoronlineauctionsinc.com which is still on the internet even today which you have never used to make money on EBay with. So if you don't use the website links and buy and sell things on Ebay how do you expect to get paid?? That doesn't mean the website doesn't work. That means you simply didn't work the business as you were trained.
5. Yes Ray, you did indeed invest $60,000.00+ in campaigns with me which $45,000.00-$50,000.00 of the money owed was refunded on your credit cards.
6. I cannot consolidate your debts I can advise you on who you can contact to help you do a credit card consolidation. In case you forgot the information: Elite Financial Services. That was who helped me long ago.
7. Whatever accusations that are said against me by ex employees probably has a lot to do of them getting replaced for not doing the jobs they were paid to do to make sure all customers were taken care of properly and held resentment to the situation. If it comes to either keeping irresponsible employees or taking care of customers the customers are a top priority without question which I am sure you agree by the amount in refunds issued to you and help so far from me and my organizations.
8. As far as contacting the F.B.I. or Police or any Agencies associated to your claims or customers to contact you regarding slandering my name and defamation of character actions as you are doing now which are illegal, I challenge you to find one proof of evidence which holds any truth to your accusations against me. That however may be extremely difficult to achieve since you have been refunded $45-$50K which I have documents proving this has been done from my companies.
