Hi, Thanks for responding to the add on craigslist. My name is Cindy Hart, the Managing Director & CEO of Make-me. I'll need your services as a personal assistant for my business within the states. We just moved into town a couple of days ago from Seattlle before embarking on a trip sponsored by my husband's company. Presently we're on vacation on board on an European line cruiser sponsored by my husband's company and we'll be back soon before the end of this month or at the very beginning of next month. I am a Professional Make-up Artist & Hair Stylist in Seattle, WA before relocating to your state and since my previous Personal Assistant can't move with me, I need to recruit another personal assistant. This position is a full time position where you'll be working from Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm, it is your choice if you decide to live-in or live out because we'll be living in a four bedroom apartment, we are only four in the family (myself, my husband, my only daughter and our maid), hopefully you'll be the first person if you choose to live in. I have an offer for you to be my personal assistant and to help with business related issues and advice, also to to take care of my business for me whenever am not around in person. You must also have Microsoft Office skills. Fluent English languages skills. Excellent typing skills are required and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages are essential. Excellent communication, both written and oral are required, good time management skills also. All the requirements above are not really essential provided you are a fast learner.
