My story is identical to all those you are reading about this company. Linda Randall and her cohorts will call you and promise you inclusion in the "Who's Who of the Hollywood Glamour Industry" book promised to be available in January 2010. In my case the charge was $500. You will get very little contact after you pay. Finally, it just got too suspicious to me and I requested a refund. They send you to their FAKE accounting firm Bentley LLC and you will be promised a refund in about 7 days. You will never get it and be blown off with dumb excuses. Don't waste anytime argueing or being civil to try to work things out. It will get you no where. I went straight to my bank and they are dealing with them. They have obviously spent all the money people have paid them and can't produce the product the promised. I could go ON and ON but they have taken too much of my time already.  My advice---don't do ANY business with them. If you already have BYPASS trying to get your money back directly from them and go straight to your bank or cc company. If you paid via paypal it is NOT TO LATE to file a claim. Call them and they will file a deferred claim. They are noting every single person that makes a claim on this company in order to establish a pattern which will make it easier for everyone in the future to get refunded via paypal.
