Malen And Associates P.C. Someone needs to Bar their Bar Liscense Westbury New York

I am writing this on behalf of my father. Malen and Associates has been harassing him for 3 years now. He tried to resolve the issue but he keeps getting rude and arrogance from his account Representative.

Now they are adding all kinds of interest of an account that has already been issued a settlement report. They supplied false court documentations stating that a judgment has been issued towards him. But no Judge signature and court documents are usually hand delivered by the Sheriffs Department. Which hasn't happened.

They have threatened to take all his income when by federal law they can't touch as his only form of income is disability. They put two liens on his house which also is illegal as to the fact he pays a mortgage and doesn't actually own the house yet. When is this all going to end? My dad has been in and out of the hospital due to stress about the way these jerks are handling this case. They need to be barred and charged with unlawful business practices as well as other things I won't mention publically.
