She control how they will do it! two idenity! she uses one name inside the association, so if you file a complaint no one knows who she is. she makes up
dept inside the association, and hires attorneys to use the association name as who they are representing. ( for leins and forclosure )

While all the time she sit on a board for the city of wyoming,were she has register our deeds as indivisual properties, inwhich she should be holding in trust. she acts as an administrator for the property, but no one knows who she is, but those involved an myself.
