He is also an undischarge bankrupt. Which he is this method as an act of sympathy to get "Proxies" to be his Directors of Companies like
Fang Road Pte Ltd (Empty shell company with no bank statements or business activity)
Synergy Asia Ventures Pte Ltd - The proxy director for this company is already a declared bankrupt
Sanger Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd - Proxy director is now discussing with the banks for loan restructuring
Uber Construction Pte Ltd - Proxy director was under investigation with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for Phantom wokers
All for the sake of getting loans and then making these "proxies" take the fall for him.
And it is very clear that undischarge bankrupt is not supposed and NOT ALLOWED to
Handle Money, Ask for Money and Received money.
In a short span of 3years there is close to 10 victims. With the first started in 2013.
