Mama's Auto Sale Stolen Dallas Texas

I bought a car from Mama's Auto Sale. I'm only 19 so I don't know to much about cars. When I bought the car the doors on the passenger side was hard to close, when I asked them about it they told me its because its old.

I also told them that the back window needed to fixed because you couldn't see out of it. Their exact words was we will fix it when I get it. I don't really know about oil but I know that it had a bad oil leak I had a friend look at the car and he told me that it was wrecked had a hole in the oil part.

And the back window was 5% and I could get pulled over for it. The car place told me if I have any problems to call them and they will come fix it. So I called and Saturday September 20 while I was in Dallas they came and took the car and said that they will not give it back.

I had put a stereo in there and put his in the trunk. And he wouldn't let me get it out and he would not let me get my belongings out. I don't think its fair that im losing my money 830$.
