In the year 2005 i had applied for immigration to Canada from the Canadian Consulate in New Delhi, paying all the required fees, then suddenly in the year 2013, a mail comes home stating that the laws have changed and we will be returing your money and your case would not be considred for immigration.
On quering with various parties I came to know that there were hugh amont of applications and the governmenet decided to do off with the immigration program.
In the meantime the Canadian Immigration department has started a new scheme which was in process side by side and we missed our chance to apply for this scheme as our money was stuck in the first immigration program.
We did loose valuable time in this wait and lost on our dreams.
Would request the government of Canada to suitabily compensate us.
