Manchester Moving and Storage Manchester Moving Overcharged for their services, projected unprofessioanl standards, driver humiliated and misbehaved us. And our items went missing during the move. Melrose Park, Illinois

Taking services from this company to move across the country ( Chicago to SF) was a never-ending horror.
-Leave aside list of damaged and MISSING items; they were crude and behaved hooligan-like to humiliate us.
-At the time of the pick up they acted professional, but once they have your stuff the whole tone changes ( Drastically!!)
-They overcharged us, which was against the contract.First they wanted to get away with it...but when we denied to pay; they called and said 'It was a Mathematical error', in order to come out clean. But still charged us more to return our stuff.
-Basically we paid the money to get humiliated.Plus the stuff which they moved was broken and 2 items went MISSING. We requested the claim for all the missing items + the emotional Grievances. They agree to pay pack just $51 !!!! For a loss of more than $1000 + the torture and time invested. And no formal apology but a favor to return our hard earned household items.
-Language barrier with driver and serious lack of Punctuality ( he arrived 8 hours late with incomplete documentation). I had to miss whole day at work at my new job.
-In addition to that Driver was extremely rude, very unprofessional and made several  derogatory statements.He demanded money and did not deliver the stuff. Created an embarrassing chaos in our new neighborhood . So much so that we  had to CALL FOR POLICE to seek assistance. After a stressful and sleepless night we somehow got the delivery next day after paying them whatever they asked for.
- We had to call 100 times (where we are put on hold for 20 minutes or more ) and explain the situation to different people to sort the matter. End result: It did not get resolved.
-Additional cost of phone, postage and other misc. expenses we had to pay.
-Humiliation, misbehavior and mental stress we faced.
-Unprofessional standards maintained by Manchester moving company.
-Huge time, money and energy loss.

If I have to pursue it further (called the process of Arbitration)....I would have to pay money to get my TRUE CLAIM back.   I am not sure if that would help any further. Because this company knows it's game. They have it all planned; it is trap to RIP OFF their customers. They work in team, good at the 'blame game' and do not even have the curtsy to apologize and accept their mistake. It is just not worth it.
Gist of it is DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I really hope by filing this complaint people are stay wary of this company. Of course I would like to get my claim back but also this company needs to realize and learn to respect people time and their hard earned money .They are service providers and we pay for it; it's no favor they are doing for anyone.
