1. I hired Mango Moving to move my stuff from Colorado to Florida,
2. On Wednesday prior to the agreed move date (which was on that Friday) I received a phone call saying that everything was on schedule and that they (Mango Moving) would be there on Friday morning;
3. On Thursday afternoon (about 5 pm) Mango Moving calls and says they don't have the necessary truck and can't move me - "Have a nice day" (the exact words of the woman who called).
4. After a lengthy phone call which I reminded them (Mango Moving) that we had a contract to move my goods, Mango agreed to try to solve the problem;
5. In order to move my goods Mango contracted with a third party mover which resulted in additional charges to me. Mango can't fulfill the agreed to contract so I have to pay additional charges;
6. The move comes off late, my goods are damaged;
7. I file a claim for the damages AND I contest the charges to my credit card --no action is taken on my claim;
8. The credit card company denies my contest and pays the bill and which time the claim is acted on and subsequently denied due to a "deductible".
9. I question the "deductible" and I am sent two lengthy (15 page) documents which I don't believe were ever sent to me previously. At any rate, no one ever explained this so called deductible (I doubt that this would have been possible due to the extensive use of "legal ease" in the documents).

Does all this sound "bogus"? It does to me.
