Mango Money prepaid cards are set to take your money, and take advantage of you. Among their many fees they charge 4.95 monthly. They say they will refund this, if you load $500 or more onto your account. They do  not give you the refund, even when you ask for it. Then if you make several loads, that you are already paying $4.95 per load, and you need to take any cash off the card, at $2.00 per, they will lock, then close your account. When they lock it, you are not able to see your totals or transactions, therefore you have to take their word for how much money you have. They insinuate your usage is against their rules and possible fraudulent activity. They will not allow you to change their decision, then for a $10 fee they are going to send your money back to you in a check in 6 to 8 weeks. They will not let you get your money back any other way. So buyer beware, how many banks would like to use your money for just a few weeks. If they get enough of us, they have lined their pocket with millions.
